Interim Marketing
B.A.U. DURING THE HIRING PROCESS
Overview
After talking with the Executive Director of the organization and their immediate need to hire a Marketing Manager, it was decided that I would step in as an interim to keep things running while they searched. During that time, I was able to work on many facets of the marketing plan and upcoming events during their busy season (May – October), and allow the team to stay on task with their own roles. My time spent there also allowed for a complete and thorough search such that they could find the right candidate and not just fill a time sensitive hole.

Quote:
“Thank you for all your help over the past six months. Having you as our outside marketing consultant gave me great comfort as we navigated a very busy season without a detailed marketing plan or permanent staff in place.” ~Mary Roberts, Executive Director
