The Business Alchemy Framework is a five-phase proprietary methodology for organizational transformation; built on over two decades of work across in-house, agency, and consulting environments. It is not a template. It is a process. One that begins not with the solution, but with an honest examination of the prima materia: the raw, unformed truth of what is actually there.
