Proof of Alchemy
Transformation leaves evidence.
The most meaningful work doesn’t always begin with a clearly defined problem. Sometimes it begins with recognizing that the problem everyone is trying to solve isn’t the one holding the business back.
The problem beneath the problem.
Throughout my career, I’ve been brought into organizations facing growth, transition, complexity, and change. Often, the greatest value wasn’t simply solving the problem presented, but recognizing what actually needed to change.
Different industries. Different challenges. The same instinct: uncover the connections others overlook, bring clarity to complexity, and align strategy with execution.
Over time, I gave that approach a name: Business Alchemy.
The transformations featured here span my career in corporate leadership, executive roles, and independent strategic advisory through True Colors Strategy. Together, they demonstrate the thinking, decisions, and outcomes that shaped my approach, and the evidence they left behind.
Different Industries. Different Challenges. The pattern doesn’t change.

The industries change. The pattern doesn’t.
Across industries, organizations, and leadership roles, the same approach emerges: recognizing what others overlook, finding clarity within complexity, and building the structures that turn possibility into progress.
What began as an instinct became a methodology.
Today, that methodology is the Business Alchemy Framework.
