It is a relationship. A recurring space where the agenda belongs entirely to you. Where you bring what is alive, what is heavy, what is unresolved, what you can’t quite see clearly from where you’re standing. And where someone with nearly two decades of cross-industry strategic experience, deep intuition, and a rare capacity for stillness holds that space with you. 

The work is simple. You talk. I listen - deeply, without agenda - and reflect back what I hear underneath what you’re saying. Sometimes that means asking the question that surfaces the answer you already had. Sometimes it means reaching into a toolbox built across every kind of organization and handing you a reference point, an example, a guidestone. Always, it means helping you see what the noise of your situation has been obscuring. 

The name comes from the nature of the work itself. A reflecting pool is still. Clear. It shows you exactly what is there…not a flattering version, not an edited image. The truth of what you bring to it, made visible.
